Improvement of mental health and well-being
Personal development and growth
Strengthened resilience
What does resilience mean?
It describes the ability to cope well with stressful life circumstances and unexpected events. You aren’t born resilient – resilience can be learned and trained. The more you practice it, the greater your inner strength becomes. It gives you the power to confidently face change.

- Mission & Expertise
Since my earliest childhood, I have been fascinated by children and young people with their authentic, nonconformist, and vibrant nature. I associate community activities, sports, exercise, or club membership with joy of life.
I’ve come to understand how to deal with various crises, farewells, grief, and “moving on afterward” as well as starting anew as fundamental parts of life. The loss of my two sisters, in particular, has had a profound impact on me, my role in the family and my life, since I was a toddler.
Since then, I’ve been passionate about psychology, mental health, and preventative support for children and young people during challenging phases of life. Emerging from upheaval situations strengthened and with confidence is possible!
Children and young people are the future of our society and require special protection and care. My mission and expertise are to accompany them professionally and reliably on their journey and empower them to lead self-determined, powerful lives.

- Working Methods & Attitude
My work as a counselor and facilitator is characterized by a deep respect for the uniqueness of each individual. I focus on the individual and create a safe, trusting environment in which change, and growth are possible. My approach is based on the principle of helping clients help themselves, encouraging them to take responsibility and find their own solutions. In my work, I combine clarity with empathy. With a fundamental sense of confidence, I accompany my clients on their journey, providing guidance and encouraging them to adopt new perspectives.
As a counselor, I am warm and motivating, yet strong enough to provide my clients with the support they need. I work pragmatically and passionately, often trusting my intuition. At the same time, I am sensitive and trauma-sensitive, allowing me to address even difficult issues in an integrated way.
I work with methods from systemic consulting and coaching, client-centered conversation, constellation work, organizational, team and personal development, change management, stress and emotion management, resilience, mindfulness, body-oriented work with traumatized people and grief counseling.
